Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Section 1: Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the site, including to purchase products through it. By using the site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. All alcohol orders must be signed for by an adult over 18 years of age at the time of delivery.

Section 2: Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

We act both as a supplier and distributor, allowing you to purchase wine directly from us. All alcoholic beverages purchased through the site must be for personal consumption only and may not be resold. If a particular wine is unavailable at the time of shipment, we may substitute it with a similar wine of equal or greater value.

Section 3: Payment Terms

For all orders, payment is captured at the time of shipment. We accept payments via Shopify Payments (including Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay), Meta Pay, bank transfers, and PayPal. In the event of billing errors or disputes, please contact us immediately. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase and may take up to seven business days to appear in your account.

Section 4: Shipping and Delivery

We ship only to France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. For wines in stock, orders are generally shipped within one business day. Transit times are typically 2–3 days within France and 5–7 days for Belgium and the Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Section 5: Refunds and Returns

We offer refunds if a wine is unsatisfactory or corked, limited to one refund per customer. Returns are accepted up to 180 days after receipt, with the customer responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within seven days of receiving the returned wine. If your wine is damaged or compromised during shipping, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Section 6: Arbitration Clause

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the site shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

In no event shall Charmail Diffusion be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the site or any product purchased.
