Shipping Methods
We offer standard ground shipping and express options, including 2-day and 1-day air, where available. Shipping methods are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs
A flat rate of $25 applies to orders under 12 bottles. Shipping is free for orders over 12 bottles.

Shipping Time
Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Transit time is usually 3 to 4 days, depending on the location.

We ship within the United States to the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.

At the moment, we are not able to ship to AK, HI, MS, PA, and UT.

Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided by email and SMS (if opted in), along with delivery confirmation.

Special Considerations

  • Complimentary carrier insurance is included where available, with additional insurance options at checkout.
  • Adverse Weather: Same Day or Next Day Air service is recommended to protect your wines from weather damage. For ground shipping, a signed waiver is required to override the weather hold. Customers can email release instructions, but this voids our guarantee.
  • Adult Signature: An adult (21+) must sign for alcohol deliveries. Additional fees may apply for withheld or redirected packages.

Return Policy:

At Château Charmail, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your wine or if you receive a bottle that is corked, our return policy is as follows:

  • Eligibility: You may return wine within 180 days from the date of receipt if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted only for bottles that are undamaged and in their original packaging.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at hello@clubcharmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the wine.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
  • Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a money-back guarantee for bottles that are unsatisfactory or corked. This guarantee is valid for up to 180 days from the date of receipt. The money-back guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed once the returned wine is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued within 7 days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are not available for wine that has been consumed or is otherwise not in its original condition.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
