Shipping Methods
We offer standard delivery options, with shipping times varying depending on the destination. Available shipping methods are displayed during checkout.

Shipping Fees
For deliveries within France, a fee of €15 applies to orders of fewer than 12 bottles. Delivery is free for orders of 12 bottles or more.

In the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg), the cost is €2.50 per bottle for orders under 12 bottles, €1.50 per bottle for orders of 12 to 24 bottles, and delivery is free for 24 bottles or more.

For other European Union countries outside the Benelux (Austria, Italy, Germany), the cost is €2.50 per bottle for orders under 12 bottles, €1.50 per bottle for orders of 12 to 24 bottles, and delivery is free for 24 bottles or more.

Delivery Times
Delivery within France generally takes between 2 and 3 days. International deliveries to Belgium and the Netherlands usually take between 5 and 7 days.

We currently deliver to France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. For deliveries to Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom, please contact diffusion@chateau-charmail.fr

Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided by email and SMS (if you opted in), along with delivery confirmation.

Special Considerations
Additional carrier insurance is included when available, with optional coverage offered at checkout. In cases of extreme weather, customers may waive delivery suspensions by signing a release form and sending instructions via email to diffusion@chateau-charmail.fr, though this voids our guarantee. An adult (18 or older) must sign for all alcohol deliveries. Additional fees may apply if a package is held or rerouted.
