Château Charmail
Family, land & craft.
" Château Charmail sits on 55 hectares on the left bank of the Gironde, at the gateway to Saint-Estèphe. Its winemaking history dates back to 1740 — and since 1982, it has been shaped by inspired owners and the same winemaker for over 13 years. My sister and I are part of that story today.
The estate farms in harmony with nature — sheep for natural weed control, bees for biodiversity, horses to preserve the soil, chickens to enrich it. It's a place where every detail is considered, from the vines to the wax seal on every bottle.
With the reunion coming up, I asked my sister to create something special for our class — a custom-engraved wooden case of our 2021 vintage, the year we graduated. Why not share it with the whole class, in case you also wanted to mark something from our years together." - Augustin Goudet, MBA'21D Graduate
