We are pleased to announce the introduction of our new egg-shaped concrete vats, which advantageously complement the traditional ageing in oak barrels. These innovative vats, used for half of our 2022 harvest, allow for more homogeneous and dynamic ageing thanks to their unique shape and micro-oxygenation effect.
