1982

In 1982, Olivier Sèze takes the reins of the property. Visionary and demanding, in just a few years, he imparts a true style to it and makes it a solid value in Haut-Médoc. Vintage after vintage, for nearly 30 years, he vinifies with conviction and talent, producing beautifully balanced wines.

2008

In 2008, Bernard d'Halluin, a native of the Nord region raised in Bordeaux, fulfills his dream of venturing into the world of wine. In search of a property in the Bordeaux region, he has a real crush on Charmail. The two men, driven by the same passion, form a complementary duo dedicated to the service of the property for several years.

2021

In 2021, an association takes up the torch of the Grand Charmail project, which aims to reconstitute the original Charmail. The association is composed of Bernard d'Halluin, the Goudet-Liquard family, and Sébastien Pineau, the great winemaker of Charmail.
